• it is determined if the unit can be rebuilt
• it is determined why the unit failed

Our technicians completely disassemble all units

• inspecting all internal components
• noting any abnormal findings

Process the unit to remove all contaminates

The unit is inspected for damage and wear

• using test equipment to determine if tolerances are with OE spec
• then forwarded to the machine shop for any repairs or design modifications
• some wear and damage can be corrected in our machine shop
• we track the types of wear and damage then develop techniques to repair or replace the wear or damage
• we find ways to stop the problem of the unit
